For the first time in ICPR 2026, the IAPR Technical Committee 22 (TC-22) proposes to acknowledge with a Reproducible Research Label badge those papers that have been accepted to the main conference and that, after a specific review of the associated code, are considered eligible to be labeled as reproducible.
Overview of the submission and review process
The review process is the following:
- Each author of an accepted paper who has checked the RRPR badge option when submitting the paper to the main conference needs to carefully read the instructions for authors and editors, and confirm their participation.
- The ICPR Reproducible Research Chairs use the same system as for regular papers review (CMT) to assign reviewers to each created issue.
- Each reviewer will check the code, write a short report with a recommendation for the meta-reviewers with CMT.
- Eventually, the ICPR Reproducibility Chairs act as meta-reviewers and decide on the RRPR badge attribution.
The list of labeled papers will appear on the websites of ICPR 2026 and the IAPR Technical Committee 22 (TC-22).
You have detailed instructions in the corresponding pages for authors and reviewers.
